DP Modular System

The DP Modular System consists of a standard sized shell where the internals can be adapted to suit customers requirements, internals can be pre-assembled or assembled by the end user. Modifications to compartments can be achieved at a minimal cost by purchasing new parts, no changes to the shell are required.

Standard Features Include.

• Shell constructed from 2mm steel, bolted and welded together to form a rigid structure
• Plinth is 3mm bolted together
• Doors and Covers made from 2mm steel
• Internal parts from 1.6/2mm galvatite, Gland Plates from 3mm Galvatite
• Multi-section compartments are made up of modules 80mm in height starting at 2 modules upto 24 modules.
• Busbars are the Termate Master System, which is short circuit proven at 50ka for 1 second and temperature rise tested in accordance to BS EN 60439-pt1 1999 A1
• Busbars Horizontals 478 amp 20ka/1 sec to 1870 amp 50ka/3 sec
• Busbars Verticals 478 amp 2oka/1 sec to 1077 amp 50ka/3 sec
• Front and Rear Access
• Top and Bottom Cable Entry
• Enclosures can be powder coated to any British standard or Ral Colour
